In our work-a-day lives, we often presume services provided by home health care agencies and aides will at least minimally fulfill the client’s needs. Having personally experienced the need for such services, the home care industry makes an effort to attain such goals but sometimes falls short of the mark.

I have been disabled over 10 years, I went from agency to agency, dealing with many home health care aids. A little over a year ago, a friend told me about a new agency that he thought was great, as I was tired of the old verbiage from other agencies, I thought why not give this one a chance. Well since I became client at Home Aides there has been a drastic change in my care, and I mean this in a very positive way! The caregivers are kind, compassionate and willing to rise above my highest expectations! The office staff are sympathetic to any changes I make in my schedule, and any unexpected challenges that may arise! I also have had the opportunity to deal with the administrator, she was more than competent, and went way out of her way to assist me with a specific issue. So in summary Home Aides has become a family, friend, and an excellent resource for any of my needs that may arise! Thank you just doesn’t seem enough, and my highest recommendation!
